The Heidenhain ERA 4480 is an incremental modular angle encoder with a scanning head and a steel scale drum with centering collar for easy mounting. This series is available with various grating periods depending on your accuracy requirements. The ERA 4480 angle encoders are also available for various drum diameters with a protective cover available if necessary.
